Training & Education
AI training delivered by people who build the technology — not just teach it. Practical, up-to-date, and grounded in a decade of training Europe's most demanding institutions.
Why it's different
Practitioner-led. Institutionally validated.
Most corporate AI training is delivered by people who have never shipped an AI product or faced an audience that will challenge every claim. Kairos Tek training comes from a different place: a decade of training some of Europe's most technically demanding audiences — law enforcement agencies, central banks, parliamentary committees, and universities — on blockchain and AI technology. The material holds up because it has been stress-tested in rooms where accuracy is not optional.
Jorge Ordovás designed and directed the Master's programme in Blockchain & Web3 at Universidad Europea for 3 years — bringing the same academic rigour and real-world applicability to every training engagement.
Built by people who buildTrainers are active practitioners — not retired consultants. The same expertise behind QBuild and EasyConnect goes into our training content.
12+ institutions trainedWe have trained universities, law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, and Spain's legislative bodies. Content that survives institutional scrutiny.
Always currentWe use the tools we work with daily — current models, current regulation, current practice. Not a course that was written three years ago.
Tailored to your organisationTraining content adapted to your industry, team skill level, and the specific AI and blockchain challenges you face.
Track record
A decade of training Europe's most demanding institutions
NevTrace · 2015–2025
Over ten years, NevTrace trained more than 12 institutions across academia, law enforcement, financial regulation, and government. This was not classroom theory — it was specialist technical training delivered to audiences who would use the knowledge in operational environments. Training Europol and the Guardia Civil on blockchain forensics requires a different standard than a corporate workshop. The content has to be correct, current, and defensible. That same standard now applies to every Kairos Tek training engagement.
Universities & Business Schools
Law enforcement: Policía Nacional, Guardia Civil (GDT), Europol
Government and regulatory: Congreso de los Diputados, Senado, Banco de España

What we teach
AI Strategy for Non-Technical Leaders
For C-suite, board members, and senior management. What AI can and cannot do. How to evaluate AI initiatives and spot overblown claims. How to ask the right questions of your technical teams. How to understand AI risk and make informed governance decisions.
LLM Fundamentals & Practical Applications
For technical teams and business analysts. How large language models work, how to use them reliably in production, prompt engineering principles, RAG system design, and AI agent architectures. Includes hands-on exercises with real tools.
AI Tools in Practice: Claude & Copilot for Business Teams
Practical hands-on workshops for business teams to get immediate, guided value from Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and equivalent AI tools. We go well beyond prompt basics: participants build real workflows, automate recurring tasks, integrate AI into existing processes, and learn to avoid the adoption pitfalls that stall most teams. Tailored entirely to your team's real day-to-day work — not generic exercises. Companies leave with live, working workflows, not just theoretical knowledge.
Blockchain Fundamentals for Business
For business teams, compliance, and legal professionals who need to understand blockchain without writing code. Architecture, tokenisation, smart contracts, use cases by industry, and risk frameworks. The same content delivered to Banco de España, IEB, and AFI — updated and adapted to your sector.
Qubic & AI-Native Blockchain for Developers
Technical workshops on Qubic smart contract development, EasyConnect integration, and AI-native blockchain architectures. Delivered by the team that won both Qubic network hackathons and has two production products live in the ecosystem. Hands-on from day one.
Bespoke Programme Design
Custom curriculum designed for your team's specific needs, skill level, and industry context. We design the learning objectives, build the content, and deliver it. Can span a single intensive workshop or a multi-week structured programme. Ideal when no off-the-shelf course fits your situation.

Workshops we have designed and delivered
Featured workshop
DeliveredAI Tools in Practice: Claude Cowork for Communications Teams
A hands-on workshop that gives teams everything they need to start using AI in their daily work from that same day — not after more training, not after figuring things out on their own. By the end of the session, every participant has their company's context loaded as a custom skill, the relevant connectors and plugins configured and working on their own machine, and real workflows they built themselves during the session. We prepare the company skill and all materials in advance. Participants arrive, plug in, and work — no setup friction, no generic exercises.
Practical cases
Monthly content plans and channel adaptation — LinkedIn, Instagram, web, press releases — using the agency's real tone and client profiles
Monthly client reports from analytics exports — interpret the data, write the executive narrative, and format for delivery
Word template review — load, correct, update, and compare versions of existing agency documents
Live MCP integration demo — Claude pulling analytics data directly from the source, no export needed
Adaptable to any sector and team size. We handle all pre-session preparation — context skill, connectors, and materials — so the full session time is spent on practice. Everything participants configure during the workshop stays set up and ready to use afterwards.
Featured workshop
DeliveredAI-Powered Product Development: From Discovery to Deployment
A hands-on workshop for product teams that covers the complete end-to-end workflow from discovery through PRD, technical specification, AI-assisted implementation, and automated documentation. Using Claude Code, Claude Cowork, spec-kit, and pm-skills, participants build a real feature during the session — not a toy exercise. By the end, every team member has a reproducible, AI-native development pipeline they can apply to their next sprint from day one.
What participants build
Discovery session and PRD — using pm-skills structured framework from problem to written specification
Technical specification and task breakdown — spec-kit transforms the PRD into an implementation-ready plan
AI-assisted implementation and testing — Claude Code executes the plan directly in the repository
Automated documentation and release notes — Cowork + pm-skills close the loop with functional docs
Designed for digital product teams: PMs, tech leads, and engineers. We prepare the practical case using a real feature proposal from the client team — participants work on something relevant to their actual product, not a generic exercise. Includes E2E guide, templates, and an example repository.
Featured workshop
DeliveredBlockchain & Crypto-assets for Enterprise
An intensive 4-day programme that takes enterprise teams from blockchain fundamentals through crypto-assets, the DeFi ecosystem, and on-chain analytics. Each day combines up-to-date theory with hands-on workshops — participants create ERC-20 tokens, operate real wallets on mainnet, execute Uniswap swaps, and finish by analysing Bitcoin's internal structure with locally running nodes. No prior coding required for business profiles; real technical depth for those who need it.
Programme (4 days)
Day 1 — Blockchain technologies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, smart contracts, and hands-on ERC-20 token creation with Remix + MetaMask
Day 2 — Use cases & business models: finance (ICOs, stablecoins, CBDC, DeFi, oracles) and non-financial sectors (NFTs, Web3, DePIN networks)
Day 3 — Crypto-assets & DeFi: self-custody vs. exchange wallets, block explorers, and live protocol workshops: Uniswap, Aave, Compound
Day 4 — Blockchain analytics: Bitcoin internals (hashing, transactions, scripting) and regtest workshop with two local nodes
Delivered at AFI (Analistas Financieros Internacionales) and IEB. Adaptable to banking, insurance, compliance, and technology teams. Available as an intensive on-site format or spread across weekly sessions.
Featured workshop
Open SourceBitcoin Regtest Workshop
A complete hands-on workshop for technical profiles who want to understand how Bitcoin really works — from the inside. Participants run two real Bitcoin Core nodes locally in regtest mode, connect them as peers, mine blocks, send transactions, and observe Bitcoin's consensus rule in action: nodes always adopt the longest valid chain. All without real money or internet. Zero prior blockchain experience required — every step is fully guided, with exact commands, what to observe at each stage, and a clear explanation of what is happening and why.
What participants do
Run two real Bitcoin Core nodes and explore a live block explorer dashboard
Mine blocks, send transactions, and observe the mempool before and after confirmation
Isolate the nodes, then connect them as peers — watch consensus activate automatically
Inspect blocks, transactions, inputs, outputs, and mining rewards in the block explorer
